Does anyone work for or knows someone who works for Lush Cosmetics?

I was looking to take on a sales position at one of the Lush stores here in the U.S. but was wondering if anyone knew anything more about the company as a good employer to work for (i.e. training, pay, benefits, career paths, etc.). Money is not an issue with me, but I want something less stressful than what I am doing now (Accounts Payable for a Education Tech Certification company). The job right now isn't giving me any good training I am afraid I will leave after a year. The Accounts Payable job isn't that bad per se, but just looking for something in case this doesn't work and was interested in Lush. The website is www.lush.com --Click on USA flag.
