There's a video on YouTube called "burning of the pubes".In what accent are the guys in the video speaking in?

The inifo says "a boy decides to burn his webos, with disasterous results", my cousin said she thinks its a South African accent (because it sounds like the same accent as Leonardo DiCaprio's character in Blood Diamond) but she's not sure, I just wanted to find out because it's a pretty cool accent.
