Isn't it about time for Affirmative Action?

in the NBA and the NFL? The over representation of one ethnic group over their representation in the general population is prima facial evidence that there is obviously discrimination. Isn't it time for some racial quotas in these businesses? No other business would ever be allowed to be so disproportionally misrepresented.
