Im in love with my ex what should i do??

me and my ex broke up abut 3 months ago because of long dis. he just recently dropped out of college and moved back him we both kepted in touch i have been reaally sad and depressed since we both broke up i still care alot for him i want to to him that i still have feelings for him but he has a new girlfriend for about less than a month.... i havn't beeen as happy as i have been when i was with him i miss him i miss me and him being together should i tell him how i feel or should i just keep it to myself this pain is really killing me please help
