How do I file a Slander and Defamation of Character lawsuit internationally?

It's a civil matter, but honestly, unless you have serious ... and I mean life-and-death serious ... issues, I would leave it alone. You would spend more just on a lawyer who knew how to handle an international slander case than you would ever get in damages.
