Feeling like throwing up everytime??? sometimes I really do puke HELP?!?!?!?!?

yes, it's very important to eat healthy to be able to get your nutrients in!! Because a deficiency in vitamin B6, vitamin B5, and Niacin causes nausea. And a deficiency in potium, zinc, vitamin B12, and iron causes depression... seriously, google to see for yourself. Make sure you're eating healthy (including red meat, egg yokes, bee pollen, and spirulina, because these foods are high in the nutrients that you seem to lack). PS: coffee and medication deplete (takes away) nutrition!
